Who We Are
For 35 years, FCCServices has provided a wide array of innovative business services to the Farm Credit System (System) and other agricultural, cooperative, financial and government clients. We enhance the ability of our clients to effectively and rapidly respond to opportunities and the changing marketplace.
How We Add Value
- We work with organizations of different sizes all across the country, both inside and outside the System. We have in-depth experience, which allows us to thoroughly understand your challenges and ‘hit the ground running’. There is no wasted time on a learning curve. Our knowledge becomes your vantage point. No other organization is able to provide this level of value.
- By pooling the purchasing power of the System in areas such as insurance, fleet vehicles, telecommunications, office supplies, mailing services and office equipment, etc., we saved the System $31.1 million during 2009 alone.

Our Culture
As with many businesses, our people are the key to the organization’s value proposition. FCCServices has 53 extremely professional, purposeful, and highly motivated employees. Our culture is grounded in a long history of providing superior customer service, increasing productivity, efficiency and value to our clients. We track customer satisfaction regularly and are proud to have received excellent ratings throughout our history. During 2009, we averaged 4.63 (on a 5.0 scale) across all business lines.
