All reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. The rate will be available three days pre and post the conference dates if made prior to the cutoff date, based on availability.

Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a deposit by check or guaranteed to a major credit card. Reservations canceled on or before 6 p.m. 24 hours prior to anticipated arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
