MidAtlantic Farm Credit
Mary currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Lending Director for MidAtlantic Farm Credit, a $2.9 billion association based out of Westminster, Maryland and one of the largest agricultural lenders on the east coast. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial and agricultural lending and credit. Her extensive experience as a relationship manager and lender ranges from working directly with the farm producer to large corporate agribusinesses – her main focus today.
Mary was instrumental in the initial development of Farm Credit EXPRESS, a point-of-sale farm equipment financing program serving nearly 700 farm equipment dealers in the eastern United States – and in 20 Farm Credit associations. She served as Vice President, District Sales Manager from 2011 to 2018. During that time, she was involved in training and coaching a team of 20 relationship managers, retail product design for dealership partners, strategic planning, business development, and pricing strategies.
In addition to serving the corporate agribusiness community, Mary is an active participant on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry Agriculture Advisory Committee, and was instrumental in the development of the Lancaster County Ag Council, where she is currently Chair-elect and a member of the Board and Executive Committee. She also serves on the Board for PennAg Industries Association, a leading Ag advocacy organization in Pennsylvania.
Mary’s education includes Shippensburg University, ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (University of Pennsylvania), Graduate - Wharton Leadership Program (Wharton School of Business), Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, and the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending (Bucknell University).
