FCC Services Welcomes Lisa Parrinello

In response to the rapidly evolving risk management needs of FCC Services customers, our Risk Management and Insurance Services division has recently enhanced its team with the addition of Lisa Parrinello as Senior Account Executive. This is a new position created to ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers as they work to minimize their risks in a changing and challenging world.

Lisa brings with her 15 years of experience in insurance brokerage, including account management and placement of commercial and casualty insurance policies on behalf of clients. Her skills include preparing and producing underwriting specifications, negotiating terms and conditions, preparing loss forecasting, making sure collateral requirements are met, preparing and analyzing policies, and reviewing policies and contracts.

“Having the broker mindset and experience will help me look at our insurance products and services in a different way,” Lisa says. “Brokers have specific processes, standards and procedures, and I hope to be able to put some of those in place at FCC Services to increase our efficiencies in managing the Farm Credit Captive Insurance Company and servicing our clients.”

Lisa has expertise in claims management as well as loss control and specialty coverages such as directors and officers and other professional liability coverage lines. Of particular benefit to FCC Services, Lisa also brings experience working with captive insurance companies. In all things, her focus is on supporting her clients.

“My goal is to make my clients’ jobs as easy as possible, and have every interaction be positive and personal,” she says. “Insurance isn’t just a commodity, it’s a valuable part of business planning and can be critical to the bottom line. It may not be fun, but it can provide peace of mind.”

Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies at New York University and a master’s degree in Special and General Elementary Education from Touro College in New York. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker, has earned designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and is currently working towards her Certified Risk Management (CRM) designation.
