New CEO Takes the Lead at FCC Services

We announce, effective April 8, 2020 the FCC Services Board of Directors has appointed Chad Moller as our Chief Executive Officer. The Board completed an extensive search with many qualified candidates. Chad has the experience, integrity and business aptitude to keep FCC Services strong not only in our current disruptive environment, but also well into the future.

Chad has been with FCC Services since 2012. During his tenure he has guided FCC Services' financial and administrative teams as CFO/COO and led efforts to grow FCC Services profitability and significantly increase the net equity value of the organization. As CFO/COO, Chad led the organization's financial and operations leadership including accounting, financial management, forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, treasury cash management, internal controls & audit. He also oversaw legal, IT, human resources and administrative functions. In recent months, Chad has led business continuity efforts and found ways to maintain financial stability for the organization in these uncertain times.

Before joining FCC Services, Chad served as the Vice President of Finance for Comcast's $11 billion West Division operation, responsible for the organization's financial planning and analysis and management reporting functions. Prior to that, he held progressive positions with early-stage telecommunications companies, participating in capitalization initiatives, including M&A due diligence, IPOs, debt financing, and general business planning. Chad currently serves as Treasurer of the non-profit board, Hide in Plain Site.
