New and dynamic management capabilities
Over the course of 18 months, participants eager to gain leadership fundamentals gather for four sessions, each four to five days in length, and at six-month intervals. Sessions address specific topics essential to managers and leaders at different organizational levels. Because attendees come from multiple associations nationwide, opportunities for idea exchange and networking are rich and encouraged.
Level I: The Art of Management
Targets key management competencies current managers and high-potential contributors need to manage and supervise others.

Level II: The Art of Leadership
Focuses on further developing leadership skills of middle- and senior-managers to contribute to business direction effectively, as well as strategies for motivating and leading teams.
