Meet Michele and Jeannie

Michele Padilla, MA
Director, Senior Leadership Consultant

Jeannie Clinkenbeard
Director, Senior Leadership Consultant

Michele has 20 years of experience in delivering adult learning programs, most recently with Judge Learning Solutions where she led project teams and delivered and evaluated large and complex learning programs for a variety of clients. Prior to that, she was a managing member of 5280 Training & Development, LLC, where she provided facilitation services, needs analyses and developed custom performance solutions for clients including the U.S. Army, Comcast and Arrow Electronics. Michele is past president of the Association of Talent Development, Rocky Mountain Chapter.

Jeannie has nearly 25 years of experience in providing effective training and coaching to a variety of industries, including banking, healthcare, technology and transportation. Her most recent role was as founder of Inside-Out Consulting, where she promoted clients' business growth by facilitating Innovation Sessions to draw out and develop exceptional solutions to business challenges and opportunities. Jeannie serves on the board of the Association of Talent Development, Rocky Mountain Chapter.
