The best leaders, especially in uncertain times of disruption, are versatile: they have the capacity to read and respond to change with a wide repertoire of complementary perspectives, skills, and behaviors. Leaders are typically better at reading change than they are at responding to it, largely because developing a broad range of behaviors requires a systematic effort that often pushes them out of their comfort zones.

This two-part series of webinars will help you to expand your leadership versatility, from both an inside-out and outside-in approach, while also expanding your network through peer learning.

Session 1: Mastering the Opposing Forces of Leadership
This interactive webinar will help you identify and navigate the tensions and tradeoffs that make leadership a balancing act. Through a guided process of peer dialogue and self-discovery, you will clarify your most basic beliefs about leadership and learn the one surprising trick that versatile leaders know about making the most of their strengths—without overdoing it. You will come away with deeper insights for coaching your employees as well as how to expand your own leadership repertoire to become a more versatile leader.

Session 2: 360 Feedback using the Leadership Versatility Index
In the second session, you will get a chance to compare how you see your own leadership versatility compared to how your coworkers see it. Based on feedback and suggestions from your coworkers, peer coaching will help you to make selected adjustments to specific leadership behaviors that will expand your versatility and impact.
